Masterclass lessons —
Terms of Access and Use

Last updated: 5 September 2026

1. Scope and provider

These terms govern the purchase, access and use of the online Masterclass lessons available on Inside the Workflow at www.insidetheworkflow.com.

The service is provided by Lucydreams SAS di Angelo Ferretti, Via Momigliano 2, 00042 Anzio (RM), Italy, VAT ID IT13151341008, referred to as the “Provider”.

For support, complaints and permission requests: info@lucydreams.it.

These terms, together with the offer details provided before purchase and the order confirmation, define the contract.

2. Purchase, price and duration

Purchases are made through the Tally form linked from the website, following the instructions provided in the form.

The plan costs €99 plus VAT and includes one year of access to the online lessons, starting on the activation date communicated to you. The total amount, including applicable VAT, is shown before purchase.

Updates to the Masterclass content and downloads of the files provided in the lessons are included during your access period.

Access to the lessons ends when the plan expires. You may renew your plan for a further year for €99 plus VAT. Your renewal confirmation specifies the start and end dates of the renewed access period.

Individual support, live sessions and separate courses are included only if expressly stated in the offer.

3. Account and individual licence

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the lessons during the access period and use the resources within these terms.

Your login details are personal and must not be shared, transferred, sold or made available to anyone else. A purchase made by a company does not authorise multiple users unless agreed in writing.

You must take reasonable care to protect your login details and promptly report any unauthorised access you become aware of.

4. Skills and prompts

You may apply the knowledge and techniques you learn to your own projects, including professional and commercial work.

Prompts included in the lessons may be copied, including through the copy buttons provided, reused and modified to create your own projects with AI tools.

This permission does not include publishing, sharing, selling or redistributing the prompts as teaching materials, collections, libraries or resources for others, or including them in other courses or educational products without written permission.

You may take personal notes in your own words. You must not copy or reproduce the lesson text unless authorised in writing or permitted by mandatory law.

5. Downloadable files

You may download all files provided in the lessons, including ZIP archives, JPEG images and other resources, for personal study and course exercises.

Downloading files does not transfer intellectual property rights or authorise you to publish, share, resell, distribute or make them available to others, even free of charge or in modified form.

Unless a specific licence states otherwise, course files must not be incorporated into products or deliverables for clients or other third parties. This restriction applies to resources supplied by the course and does not prevent you from applying your skills to projects using your own materials or materials you are entitled to use.

You may continue to use lawfully downloaded files and copied prompts after your plan’s normal annual expiry, subject to the same terms. Keeping these resources does not entitle you to view the lessons or receive further updates without renewing access.

If you withdraw from the contract, section 14 applies instead.

6. Rights in the materials

Rights in the content belong to the Provider, its authors or the respective rights holders, to the extent that such rights exist. Your purchase does not transfer intellectual property rights in the materials.

Third-party trademarks, software and resources remain subject to their owners’ rights and terms. Their inclusion in the lessons does not imply affiliation with or endorsement of the Masterclass.

Any specific licences are identified on the relevant resources and take precedence over these general rules solely for the use of those resources.

7. Copying, recording and sharing

Outside the uses expressly permitted by these terms, and subject to mandatory legal exceptions, you must not:

  • copy, transcribe, translate, record or reproduce lesson text or restricted pages, including through screenshots or screen recordings;

  • publish, forward, sell, share or make lesson content and downloaded files available to others;

  • share login details or links that enable unauthorised access;

  • display or use the materials in courses, webinars, events, study groups or company training without written permission;

  • remove ownership notices, watermarks or other identifying elements;

  • bypass access controls or systematically extract content, including through automated tools.

Uses permitted by mandatory law remain unaffected, including applicable quotation and accessibility exceptions.

8. Reuse in other educational products

You must not reproduce or adapt Masterclass materials without permission to create or supply other courses, lessons, handouts, tutorials, archives or educational products, whether free or paid.

This includes translations, paraphrases and adaptations, including AI-generated versions, where they reproduce or adapt restricted materials without permission. Changing the wording, language or format alone does not authorise reuse.

This provision does not prevent you from using general skills, public information or independently developed materials that do not reproduce restricted Masterclass content.

9. Use with artificial intelligence tools

You may enter the prompts into AI tools to use and modify them for your own projects. You may also upload exercise files to the tools used in the relevant workflow, subject to the instructions and applicable licences.

These permissions do not extend to lesson text: without written permission, you must not upload or provide it to external AI services for transcription, translation, adaptation or the creation of searchable knowledge bases.

You must not use Masterclass materials to train models, supply assistants that make course content available, or generate materials for redistribution or to replace access to the lessons.

Exceptions under mandatory law remain unaffected.

10. Participants’ projects

Participation in the Masterclass does not grant the Provider rights in projects you create independently.

You must ensure that you are entitled to use the images, data and other materials you submit to AI tools, respecting third-party rights and any confidentiality obligations towards clients or collaborators.

Separate permission is required before the Provider may publish participants’ work for promotional purposes.

11. External tools and results

The plan price does not include subscriptions, licences or credits for external software and services unless expressly stated in the offer. Any requirements needed to follow the exercises are disclosed before purchase.

AI tools’ features, interfaces and outputs may change. Examples illustrate learning processes and do not guarantee identical results, income or particular professional outcomes.

You must assess outputs and their applicable terms before using them in your projects. The features promised in the offer and statutory guarantees remain unaffected.

12. Availability and support

Please report access problems to info@lucydreams.it.

The Provider addresses service disruptions within a reasonable time and, where possible, gives notice of significant planned interruptions. Statutory remedies for failure to supply or lack of conformity remain unaffected.

13. Breaches

Where there is concrete evidence of misuse, the Provider may take proportionate measures, including temporarily suspending access for the time needed to investigate.

You will be informed of the reasons and given an opportunity to respond. Where the seriousness and urgency of the situation allow, you will be asked to stop the breach before further measures are taken.

Serious or repeated breaches may result in termination where permitted by law. The Provider may request removal of unlawfully shared content and seek damages subject to applicable legal requirements and limits.

Restrictions on disclosure and reuse of the materials continue to apply after access expires or ends.

14. Withdrawal and refunds

Consumers may withdraw from their purchase within fourteen days of entering into the contract, without giving a reason. The Provider honours this right even if access has already been activated and the consumer has viewed the lessons, copied prompts or downloaded files.

The same right applies to each renewal, within fourteen days of entering into the renewal contract.

To withdraw, send a clear statement to info@lucydreams.it, including your name and the information needed to identify your purchase. You may also use the online withdrawal function available on the website or send a statement to the Provider’s postal address.

You may use the model form below, but this is not mandatory. The deadline is met if you send your withdrawal statement before the fourteen-day period expires.

The Provider will refund all payments received for the purchase or renewal concerned, including VAT and without deductions, within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal statement. The refund will use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, at no cost to you.

Upon withdrawal, access associated with the refunded purchase will end, together with permission to use the materials obtained through that purchase. You must stop using and delete the relevant copies of files and prompts. Withdrawal from a renewal does not remove rights of use lawfully acquired during an earlier period that has not been refunded.

These provisions do not prevent you from continuing to use the general skills you have learned.

Rights relating to failure to supply and lack of conformity remain unaffected, including any further remedies and refunds required by law.

Model withdrawal form

Complete and send this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract: model withdrawal form

15. Privacy

Personal data processing is explained in the Privacy and Cookie Policy available on the website.

Any security or account-use checks must comply with applicable law and the information provided to the individuals concerned.

16. Versions, applicable law and disputes

The version of these terms accepted at purchase or renewal applies to the contract. Any changes applicable to existing contracts will be made and communicated only as permitted by law.

The Italian and English versions are intended to have equivalent meaning. Any differences will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law and consumer rights.

Italian law governs the contract, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protection afforded by the law of their country of habitual residence. Mandatory jurisdiction rules, including consumer jurisdiction where applicable, remain unaffected.
