Start creating AI content that stands out.

AI is easy. Vision is not.

AI has made it possible to create images and videos in seconds, using tools available to everyone: fast, affordable, and powerful. But most AI-generated visuals look the same because there is no clear concept, art direction or design vision behind their creation.

Shape your creative signature

In this Masterclass, you’ll learn how to use AI to create stunning images and videos, organize them into a space of possibilities, and navigate through it until you find the most compelling solutions through a series of visual iterations, while always maintaining control over the outcome and preserving your creative signature.

No coding skills required

You’ll work with tools anyone can use, with no coding skills required. You’ll discover how to turn your ideas into high-resolution, hyper-realistic visuals, generate a range of variations, add a human presence, and animate them to create emotionally engaging short films.

What You’ll Learn

Speed Concept

Turn a hand-drawn sketch into a realistic image and generate multiple variations in lighting, materials, camera angles and atmosphere — all in seconds.

Moodboard to image

Explore the creative process and stylistic choices involved in turning a moodboard into a polished final image.

AI rendering

Turn a 3D viewport screenshot into a photorealistic image while preserving its perspective and framing, then use prompts to add materials, lighting, atmosphere and detail.

Upscaling / Enhancing

Learn how to use Magnific to add the fine photographic details: rock textures, fabric fibers and subtle imperfections that make an image feel alive.

Life placement

Discover how to add people who blend seamlessly into the scene and match its visual style, moving beyond the limitations of traditional 2D cutouts and 3D models.

Inpainting / outpainting

Edit specific elements and extend the image beyond its original frame, generating new details and expanding the composition.

Visual storytelling

Learn how to create immersive, cinematic videos with Kling (like the one featured on this page) starting from a single image.

Color look

Create a distinctive visual identity through color grading, transforming a technical output into an image rich in atmosphere and personal style.

Generative web design

Showcase your images and videos in a portfolio or website, with AI handling the entire design and development process.

Less coding, More Creativity.

Forget node-based interfaces and the technical complexity of tools like ComfyUI, which often put technology ahead of the creative process.

We’ll work exclusively with accessible, intuitive and easy-to-use tools that require no coding skills, focusing on what truly matters—and what no technology can replace: design thinking and the development of a distinctive visual language.

Mood to image

Can you create a finished image starting with “just” a moodboard? Yes!

It isn’t an instant, automatic process and it’s easy to fall into the trap of thinking it is, but it doesn’t have to be overly difficult or time-consuming either, as long as you approach each step thoughtfully and with the right technical skills.

The final result comes from a more layered workflow that includes speed concept development, upscaling, AI hallucination correction, life placement, enhancement, and a few minutes of Photoshop work to refine the image.

A Space of Possibilities

One of the most valuable benefits of AI is not simply its speed, but the way it allows us to explore ideas through multiple variations. In this section of the course, we’ll move beyond a linear, step-by-step approach and embrace a process that is far more dynamic, exploratory and creatively inspiring.

Instant Validation • AI lets you quickly test whether your initial idea really works, without spending the extra time required to build a 3D prototype.

Informed Decisions • Instead of settling for the first solution, you can explore different visual directions and choose the one that best captures the essence of your project.
Client Collaboration • Presenting multiple lighting and style options is no longer an extra burden on your time, but a value-added service that enhances the quality and professionalism of your work.

Speed concept

Discover how to turn a freehand sketch or a screenshot of a rough 3D model into a powerful, evocative, hyper-realistic image.

Through a streamlined workflow, you’ll learn how to validate your design ideas in real time by generating an endless range of variations in seconds: test different lighting setups, explore alternative material combinations, and experiment with camera angles and cinematic moods.

It’s not just about working faster, but about navigating a space of visual possibilities to find the right solution before committing to final production.

Transform this grey 3D viewport into a highly realistic interior design photograph while preserving the exact architecture, camera angle, proportions and furniture layout.

Convert every object into real-world materials: smooth white plaster walls, light oak herringbone flooring, off-white bouclé upholstery, white lacquered cabinetry, white marble coffee table, brushed brass details, linen curtains and clear glass.

Use a restrained color palette dominated by warm whites with deep burgundy accents on cushions, artwork, ceramics and decorative branches.

Editorial interior photography, luxury residential design, premium furniture, subtle imperfections, ultra realistic, cinematic realism, soft contrast, balanced exposure, high dynamic range, extremely detailed.

Prompt Engineering

In this Masterclass, you’ll discover how the quality of your input determines how convincing your output will be.

Prompt engineering is the language you use to give AI clear, deliberate, structured and consistent instructions. By providing the right context and direction, you can achieve results that closely reflect your creative intent and remain the true author of the scene.

We’ll go beyond simply writing prompts, exploring how to combine technical parameters and visual references to guide the algorithm toward spatially coherent results.

Image to video

You’ll learn how to start with a freehand sketch or a screenshot of your viewport — regardless of the 3D software you use — and turn it into a detailed, realistic image in seconds, with full creative control over its style, color palette and lighting.

From that first image, you’ll learn how to generate variations and close-ups, and add people who blend seamlessly into the scene and interact naturally with the lighting and atmosphere of your project.

You’ll then transform the image into an immersive experience by creating cinematic videos in record time.

Angelo Ferretti

I’m Angelo, and for over 20 years I’ve dedicated my career to teaching and creating images and animations for architecture, interior design and product design, using technologies such as 3D modeling, rendering and AI.

In 2015, I founded Lucydreams and have since worked with leading international names in architecture and design, including Arata Isozaki, Fondazione Fendi, Natuzzi and Moroso.

I’ve had the pleasure of training hundreds of professionals across Italy, always aiming to take technical and software training beyond the tools and transform it into a learning experience built around strong design thinking and artistic vision. Many of my former students now hold key positions at leading international studios.

My approach brings together extreme realism and the emotional storytelling of space. My goal is to clearly convey the atmosphere of each project and the emotions it is meant to evoke.

Frequently asked questions

Read Terms and Contitions here: Terms and Conditions

Who is this Masterclass for? +

This Masterclass is designed for architects, interior designers, architecture and design students, visualization artists, product designers, and anyone working in or passionate about visual communication and design. It is NOT intended for developers, people interested in AI in general, or anyone looking to learn coding or machine learning.

I’ve never used AI before. Can I still join? +

Absolutely. The course is designed to be accessible to everyone. We’ll avoid complex interfaces such as ComfyUI and focus on powerful, intuitive tools that will let you start creating right away.

Do I need a powerful computer? +

One of the main advantages of the workflow I’ll teach you is that most of the work happens in the cloud. You won’t need a high-end workstation: a standard laptop is more than enough to generate images and cinematic videos in record time.

How do you maintain geometric accuracy when using AI? +

This is one of the core topics covered in the Masterclass. We’ll learn when to rely on 3D for full control and when to give AI more freedom during visual exploration, creating a hybrid workflow that combines the best of both worlds.

Do I need experience with 3D software? +

No. Although my own background is rooted in 3D, the principles of composition, photography, styling, storytelling and AI-assisted post-production that you’ll learn are universal and can be applied even if you’re starting from scratch.

Will I learn to create videos like the ones on this website? +

Absolutely. We’ll explore how to turn a still image into a 5–10-second animation in just a few minutes, using tools such as Gemini, Magnific and Kling strategically to achieve professional results.

Can I consider myself the author/owner of the images generated during the course? +

We’ll address the question of authorship directly. You’ll learn that your role as author comes not simply from generating an image with AI, but from guiding the process, choosing the framing, defining the lighting and selecting the strongest result from countless possibilities.

I’m worried that AI will make my work useless. Why should I learn how to use it? +

AI does not replace architects or visualizers; it changes their role. Learning to use it today means moving from being a “technical operator” to becoming an “art director.” It gives you the opportunity to step away from repetitive tasks and focus on the quality of your ideas.

Does the course also cover post-production? +

Yes, it’s a key part of the course. We’ll explore how to use the AI features built into Photoshop to edit images in real time, and how to use Magnific to add fine photographic detail.

Are AI models subscriptions and credits included in the course fee? +

No. You will be free to decide whether or not to purchase the subscriptions and credits required for the practical exercises.
